Enoch Kofi Adu is a seasoned Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Finnish side EIF. Born in Kumasi in 1990, Adu began his career at Liberty Professionals, a well-known Ghanaian club, before moving to Europe in 2008 with OGC Nice in France.

He rose to prominence during his time with FC Nordsjælland in Denmark, becoming a vital part of the squad that won both the Danish Cup and Danish Superliga, earning a spot in the 2012–13 UEFA Champions League group stages.

Adu’s career includes stints at major European clubs such as Club Brugge (Belgium), Stabæk (Norway), Malmö FF and AIK (Sweden), where he featured in multiple UEFA Champions League campaigns and won domestic titles. He also briefly played for Turkish side Akhisar Belediyespor and Swedish club Mjällby.

Internationally, Adu represented Ghana at the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup and earned his senior debut for the Black Stars in 2016 during a friendly against South Africa.
